Solution
The recycling program will cost nothing.
We need to inform the students and staff here at Borman before we start the program.
we could have fund raisers to buy green trash cans to put in the classrooms, when we raise the money everyone will pay with change to save the paper from the money. If we can't get money for the bins we could decorate boxes with earth friendly logos and pictures. For a fund raiser we could have a day were we have all the teachers set up booths with going green info and games for the kids to play. The kids would have fun and the parents will learn about the ways to go green.
For the sixth graders we will pick up the recycling at 8:30 they will leave their recycling bin outside the classroom so that no one is distracted. We will do this every Friday.
For the seventh and eight graders during the Andromeda teams lunch we will send students to pick up the recycling from the classrooms. They will leave their bins outside the rooms every Friday for us to pick up

Outlines & Planning
Our topic is going to be about how recycling helps the environment. We are going to do the presentation. We chose the presentation because it will be an easy way for viewers to understand and learn more about how recycling helps the environment.
OUTLINE:
Our first slide will be on why recycling is important. The second slide will be on how its helping save trees. The third slide will be on what types of things to recycle. The fourth slide will be how recycling saves money. The fifth slide is who suffers from not recycling. The sixth slide will be the outcome of not recycling. Our last slide will be a conclusion of everything we've talked about

Dear City of Phoenix,
We are students here in Frank Borman Middle School. We are students on the Andromeda Honors team. We are writing this letter because we are concerned about our environment.Since we love mother nature we are willing to do something about the environment. We came up with the idea of a recycling program here at Frank Borman middle school. In order for the program to be successful we would deeply appreciate the City of phoenix hall to help us.We are willing to try and help our school go green. We would like to start a recycling program here at Borman. You may think this is just a waste of time, but it's not.It is a really amazing way to help out the environment.
We have everything planned out and ways to raise money for the supplies we need.We want to turn Borman into a green school. We really care about helping the environment and have put a lot of hard work into the planning of the recycling program. We are ready for the recycling program. The way it will work is fairly simple. We will give every teacher a recycling bin to put all of the recyclables in.Every Friday will be the day we pick up the recyclables. The eight grade Andromeda team will pick up the sixth grade bins at 8:30,this way no one misses class. The bins will be set out every Friday morning outside the classroom so that we can just walk by and pick the bins up,and by doing this the students in class will not be distracted. The same will be done for the seventh and eight graders except for one minor change. The times that we pick up the seventh and eight grade bins will be during the Andromeda team lunch. We will have responsible, trust worthy students pick up the bins.
We would be forever grateful if the City Of Phoenix could donate some small recycling containers. Since this year the school district is cutting down on expenses we cant afford the bins. That's why we would like the idea if the City of Phoenix can be generous enough to donate recycling bins.We have done some research to find the cost of the bins.We have about 75 teachers here and the price of the bins are $9.00.So all together to pay for the bins the general price should be about $675.00 .We would very much appreciate if the city of Phoenix would donate at least half of the 675 dollars. It would really help our school go green, but most importantly it will help the environment. That's what counts most helping the environment.

Although our school is not the most energy efficient we are working very hard to get it there.Frank Borman may not be the best school in the district we have our weaknesses but we also have our strong points. Those strong points are students and teachers who care for the environment. The students and teachers would be forever grateful if we could have bins donated to us to help save the environment. The students are smart hard working students who really want to do something to help the environment and make a difference. We would be very grateful if you the city of Phoenix would help us out.Every donation counts it doesn't matter how much you donate just please help us out.
